IVC soccer earns one win, receives one loss

The IVC varsity soccer team earned a win and took a loss with Ottawa and Washington.

Against Ottawa April 2, the Lady Grey Ghosts won 8-0.

By the half, IVC was up 5-0.

Sarah Daum led with two goals and also scoring was Jen Gonzalez, Emilee McIntyre, Sarah Dismang, Caitlin Duhs, Lauren Bangert and Rylie Milliken. 

Dismang had the two assists for IVC in the game. 

In the game with Washington Saturday, IVC was defeated 5-0.

The Lady Panthers gave it to IVC with 19 shots on goal but the Lady Grey Ghost defense finished with 14 saves.

In the second half, Washington was able to get only one goal in past the IVC defense.
