Would you like your school to win free bike helmets?

Children’s Hospital of Illinois and Kohl’s Cares for Kids are joining forces to make that happen for students in kindergarten through 5th grades.

Children’s Hospital and Kohl’s have partnered with 112 schools and given away more than 23,000 bicycle helmets since 2002 as part of the UNDERCOVER helmet initiative. The three-year program requires commitment by the school principal and parent-teacher organization.

Applications are due Nov. 15, 2012, and are available on the Children’s Hospital website at www.childrenshospitalofil.org/undercover.
