HANNA CITY — Wildlife Prairie Park will be offering an opportunity to members and guests of the park Sept. 27. Starting at 10 a.m., Mike Boatman, a nationally recognized photographer, will be offering a special photography session at the Park “Composition & Emotional Impact”. This fun and interactive session will offer attendees insights on how to make what you see through the lens come to life in a photo.

The session will involve a short conversation with Mike, a field trip through the park taking photos using the advice Mike provides, followed by a friendly critique session. Wildlife Prairie Park members will enjoy this session free of charge, those interested in attending the session but are not park members, will need to pay general park admission.

This will be the second photography session with Mike Boatman. He loves sharing his knowledge and experience of photography with others through these fun sessions. He welcomes everyone with a friendly smile and open arms to attend the session. Since the first session was such a success, Mike had decided to focus this next session on some more advanced composition.

The session is open to the first 45 people who sign up. The session is expected to last between 4-5 hours. Sign up for this event is required. To sign up for the event, please call (309)676-0998.

For non-Park members, general admission payment can be made the day of the session.
