Schol of Chillicothe wins Week 3 of The Liquor Station Upickem Pro Football Challenge

Rachel Schol of Chillicothe is the first-place winner for Week 3 of The Liquor Station Upickem Pro Football Challenge.

Schol won two $50 gift cards, one from Paddy O’Flaherty’s and one from The Liquor Station, both in Morton.

Others who placed are: Cliff Quine of East Peoria, second; Jill Barnard of Morton, third; Dale Messmore of East Peoria, fourth; and Matt Tadie of Groveland, fifth.

Presented by the Chillicothe Times-Bulletin, the Upickem challenge is an opportunity for contestants to pick the winners of each pro football game this season. Players can register anytime throughout the challenge. However, in order to compete for the grand prize, a trip for two to

Hawaii (to be awarded to the top picker from among all GateHouse Media contests), players must register by game time Oct. 9.

Others can sign up anytime during the season, for a chance to win weekly prizes.

At the end of the season, each contestant’s worst four weeks of picks in the 21-week season will be thrown out.
