Morton and Pekin left both the Dunlap boys and girls track teams in the dust on Tuesday.

The boys hosted both teams, but came in third with 40 points behind Morton (80) and Pekin (66).

The Eagles did manage three first-place finishes. Treston Fowler took first in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.6 seconds.

Meanwhile, Tyler Blum earned first place in the high jump with a distance of 6-feet, and Zach Sills got first in the pole vault with a distance of 13-0.

On the girls side, traveling to Pekin didn’t affect the outcome for Dunlap, who still finished in third with 32 points. Morton won with 98 1/2 points, while Pekin got 54 1/2 points.

The lone first-place finisher for the Eagles was the 4x200-meter relay team. The team finished with a time of 1:52.7.

The boys and girls both host the Dunlap Relays at home on Thursday.
