The Illinois Valley Central boys basketball team trailed early in the first quarter, but took control the rest of the game in a 70-57 nonconference home win over Dunlap on Tuesday.
Dunlap led 19-11 after one quarter of action, but IVC outscored the Eagles 19-14 in the second and 23-10 in the third.
For players scored in double-figures to lead the host Grey Ghosts (5-2) in Chillicothe.
Holt Geltmaker scored a team-high 19 points, while Hunter Mettille added 15 points. Ben Kerwin (12) and Kamden Wollard (10) added to the scoring for IVC.
Cody Baer led the Eagles (2-5) with 19 points, while teammate Kyle Hawthorne scored 16 points.
