The CEC cross country teams ran at the Princeville Meet Tuesday, Oct. 2. at Jubilee Park.  

Cassidy Earleywine placed first for the girls with a time of 11:36. Earleywine’s time was a personal record.

Mackenzie Mercer was right behind Earleywine, finishing second in a time of 12:53 (PR).

Jocelyn Forsythe finished fifth with a time of 14:01(PR). Mae Perkins took sixth with a time of 14:11(PR) and Kelsie Placher placed eighth with a time of 14:20 (PR).

Breanna Jeffries was 13th with a time of 14:52 (PR). Alia Webb finished 19th with a time of 15:36 (PR). Allison Klein placed 21st with a time of 15:43 (PR) and Alexia Webb was 25th with a time of 16:03 (PR).

Alyssa Merlo finished 26th with a time of 16:04 (PR). Wren Davis was 28th with a time of 16:25 (PR). Jillian Pollack was 31st with a time of 16:32 (PR) and Izzie lusher earned 32nd with a time of 16:36 (PR).

Alivia VanBruwaene was 33rd with a time of 16:45 (PR). Vivian Tortat finished 34th with a time of 16:47 (PR) and Alivia Corder placed 38th with a time of 24:27. 

For the boys, Reece Nowack earned first place with a time of 11:24 (PR).

Jordan Norris finished third with a time of 11:28 (PR). Marc Gonzalez placed fourth with a time of 11:58 (PR). Brayden Long was seventh with a time of 12:34 (PR) and Bryce Ratcliff earned 10th with a time of 12:55 (PR).

Hudson Stickle was 17th with a time of 14:08 (PR). Rylan Nowack earned 20th with a time of 14:55 (PR). Kaden Rutherford was 26th with a time of 15:11 (PR) and Julian Dziadyk was 29th with a time of 15:58 (PR).

Logan Peterson earned 30th with a time of 15:59 (PR). Brycen Moore finished 35th with a time of 16:58 (PR). Braxton Humphrey placed 39th with a time of 20:59 and Kyle Padilla was 40th with a time of 21:04 (PR). 

“We had a great night, almost everyone had a personal record,” coach Laura Sutherland said. “This was a great way to head into the sectional meet on Saturday (Oct. 6) at Three Sisters.”
