Everett H. Sisk, 80, formerly of Chillicothe, died Sunday, March 7, 2010, at a Charlottesville, Va., hospital.

The son of Everett and Alice Sisk, he was native of West Virginia.

Surviving are a son, Rex Sisk, and a daughter, Teri Broughton, both of The Colony, Texas; two grandchildren; two brothers, Harry (Joann) Sisk of Keswick, Va., and Fred (Kathy) Sisk of Kennesaw, Ga.; and his dear friend, Hazel Porterfield of Charlottesville.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Vignola, and an infant daughter.

He was a military retiree and also retired from the Santa Fe Railroad.

He was past grand master of the Masonic Lodge in Fort Madison, Iowa, and a past member of George Washington Lodge 222 in Chillicothe.

Services were March 11 in the Hill and Wood Chapel, with the Rev. Bill Jones officiating. Burial was in Culpeper National Cemetery in Culpeper, Va., with full military honors.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
