Ruby Lucille Rebholz, 91, formerly of rural Sparland, died at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010, at Heritage Manor in Chillicothe.
She was born May 14, 1919, in Speer, a daughter of the Lewis A. and Alta Belle (Smith) Peugh.
She married Clarence J. Rebholz on March 16, 1940, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death on May 9, 1970.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Roger L. Rebholz, and one brother, Neal Peugh.
She is survived by three sons, Steven (Bev) Rebholz of rural Sparland; James (Melody) Rebholz of Norwood; Danny (Julie) Rebholz of Lacon; one daughter, Janie (Jeff) King of Chillicothe; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Beulah Endress of rural Sparland.
She was a member of the Lacon-Sparland United Methodist Church and Royal Neighbors of America, Pride Camp No. 5616.
Visitation and services were Monday at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon. The Rev. Casey Taylor officiated. Interment will be in the Lacon
Cemetery.
