Billie Jean Rupp, 38, of Peoria, formerly of Chillicothe, died on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born Nov. 23, 1971, in Peoria, to William G. and Bobette Z. (Williams) Rupp Jr.

Surviving are her parents, Bobette (Joe) Davidson of Bloomington and William (Marla) Rupp Jr. of Henry; one son, Justin Rupp of Henry; two sisters, Josie Shideler of Rome and Brandi (Eric) Adams of Rome; three brothers, Dean Rupp of Cambria, Waylon Rupp of East Peoria and Jobe Rupp of Henry; grandmother, Betty Lottmann-Rupp of Rome; and grandparents, Robert and Zoe Williams of Rome.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather.

She worked in the kitchen at PARC.

She was a member of the Assembly of God in Chillicothe.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Chillicothe City Cemetery. The Rev. William Carter will officiate. Weber-Hurd
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to Rescue 33.
