Michael R. Long, 41, formerly of Peoria, died Friday, Sept. 5, 2008, in Wheaton.

He was born April 27, 1967, in Peoria to Melvin and Vickie Clifford Long.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters; one son from a previous marriage; his parents; grandparents, Barbara and Harold Jordon; sister, Yvette Sparks; brother-in-law, Todd Sparks; and honorary sister, Debbie Jones.

Preceding him in death was his sister, Tracy Lynn.

Services were Friday at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel where visitation preceded services. The Rev. Dana McCain officiated. Interment was to be in Kingston Mines Cemetery.
