Ward 1 — Incumbent Denny Gould (four-year term)
Ward 2 — Incumbent Danny Colwell (two-year term)
Contested:
Ward 3 — Mike Hughes vs. Patricia Westerman-Connor (four-year term)
Incumbent Rich Underwood is not seeking re-election.
Ward 4 — Incumbent Mel Witte vs. write-in candidate Jeff Rushin (four-year term)
ILLINOIS VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL BOARD
Five Illinois Valley Central District 321 school board candidates candidates will contend for three trustee positions. All are four-year terms. Board president Jim Hollenback is not seeking re-election.

CHILLICOTHE PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT BOARD
Ralph O’Sullivan is the only board member not up for re-election on the Chillicothe Public Library District board, comprised of seven seats. Three are four-year terms and three are two-year terms.
Not seeking re-election is Nona Kelley, who was appointed to fill Patty Audo’s seat this summer, and Carie McIntyre.
Originally, the Chillicothe Times-Bulletin was given the wrong information about which seats residents were running for on the ballot.
Two-year positions:

• Incumbent Jane Harrison
• Kathy Close
Four-year positions:
• Incumbent Martha Canopy
• Incumbent Wed Turner
• One seat remains open
CHILLICOTHE PARK DISTRICT
Three seats are up for election, as well as one president's seat.

• Incumbent Mike Krost
Trustees:
• Incumbent Jerry Anderson
• Incumbent Janet Myers
• Write-in candidate Shawn Crabel
The late Dean Riggins’ seat is being filled until the election by John Potts.
