Stretch out the clicking finger. The Chillicothe Times-Bulletin has evolved online.
Complete with redesign and added features, the new www.chillicothetimesbulletin.com is prepared for the techno-news junkies of Chillicothe and Dunlap.
There is a lot to explore on www.chillicothetimesbulletin.com. With improved photo galleries, residents can access and browse our images with ease. A new video gallery has also been added, allowing visitors the ability to browse a library of videos as we continue to add them to the Chillicothe Times-Bulletin collection.
More importantly, the navigation of our website has improved. Visitors will find what they need in just a few clicks. Access a classified ad form, view classifieds, find valuable coupons or download society forms with one click on the home page. The redesign improves the overall presentation and user experience for visitors.
An added feature, called News Now, will constantly keep residents informed with breaking news, in-depth stories and press releases regarding the Chillicothe and Dunlap communities. All the amenities from our former sites are still available.
Visitors can expect more news, more updates and more media in the future. They can also expect more interaction with the addition of online polls. We now have the ability to attach opinion polls to stories and have a constantly running poll on our
homepage.
We are also constantly looking for your photographs, your comments and your stories of life in Chillicothe and Dunlap.
The sites also give visitors a simple link to our Facebook fan pages, allowing social-networking aficionados an easy way to fan up with the Chillicothe Times-Bulletin.
Beginning July 14, the Chillicothe Times-Bulletin’s web site will include ads from the printed edition of that week’s newspaper.
From the home page, a roll of the cursor over the advertising widget will cause the advertiser’s ad from the newspaper to appear on the screen, as a small preview. Click on the ad, and it appears full-screen.
This feature will broaden the advertiser’s reach and add convenience for consumers. Those consumers who want to refer back to an ad they saw in the Chillicothe Times-Bulletin printed edition, can log onto the newspaper’s website and access the ad. Plus, when an advertiser purchases a printed ad in any of TimesNewspaper’s publications, the online version will be available on all five TimesNewspaper websites for one nominal fee.
There is plenty to navigate and explore on www.chillicothetimesbulletin.com.
