Alexis Helfrich deserves a party, and organizers will give her that gift with a No More Chemo Party from 1-5 p.m. Saturday at St. Edward School.

The event will have carnival food, like hot dogs, pop and cotton candy; a silent auction; 50/50 raffles; a DJ; a bake sale; popcorn; balloons; games; and face painting. Guests are asked to bring along a can of silly string.

To lend a hand with the party, make a donation to the family or to help with the event, call Kerry Elias at 472-2950, or Sue Lawson at 253-5787; or e-mail them at eliasfour@yahoo.com or Lawson_S_M@cat.com.
