Due to holiday press deadlines, some information was not available for printing. Below are additions to Chillicothe’s calendar of events.
American Legion Post 9 will serve roast beef, mashed potatoes/gravy and green beans from 5-7-30 pm. Jan. 2.
Also at the legion, karaoke by "Bedrock" will be featured at the New Year’s Eve event from 8 p.m. – 1 a.m., open till 2 a.m. at the post home, located at 1043 N. Second St. in downtown Chillicothe.
PEARCE COMMUNITY CENTER EVENTS:
YOUTH DAY CAMP is for ages 6-10 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Jan. 2 and Jan. 5. Sign-up is still on-going.
YOUTH DANCE will from 2:30-4 p.m. Jan. 2 for fifth through eighth grades. Admission of $2 and concessions will be sold.
HERITAGE MANOR BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING is from 9 a.m. to noon Jan. 7.
PRESCHOOL CLASSES: Big Fun Gym starts at 10:15 p.m. Jan. 6 and ABC, 123 …Come Explore With Me starts at 1 p.m. Jan. 8. Sign up today.
BALLROOM DANCE CLASS WITH INSTRUCTOR EARL WITTE begins at 7 p.m. Thursday evenings, Jan. 15. All singles and couples are encouraged to sign up now.
