FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS begin at dusk July 4 on the Chillicothe riverfront. The show is put on through donations by businesses, organizations and individuals. Donations for Chillicothe fireworks may be sent to South Side Bank, P.O. Box 259, Chillicothe, IL 61523. Donations also may be dropped off at South Side Bank, 917 N. Fourth St. Checks should be made out to Chillicothe 4th of July. Residents also may drop money in the firecracker canisters located at area businesses.
