Rib Classic set up on riverfront at Cutright Park

Cutright Park will fill with pig kissers, food and entertainment during the 15th annual “Hog Wild” Rib Classic & Chili Cook-off Friday through Sunday.

Friday offers fish and chicken dinners at the Rescue 33 food tent, the Hair Company Kids, with the beer tent in operation and music by GST Productions and Almost There band.

Saturday kicks off with rib and chili cooking, custom car and motorcycle show and cruisin, a chili pepper eating contest, the live auction to benefit Rescue 33, pig kissing, awards, belly and salsa dancers, vendors, the famous burnout and the band 360 Degrees, along with the usual beer tent, food by Rescue 33, Castaways, Davis Concessions and more.

A new event on Saturday is the bean bag toss contest, which is sponsored by Castaways.
Pig kissing contestants are from Short Loin, Castaways, Chilli Rec Area and Tim & Shelly’s 2nd St. Bar & Grill.

On Sunday, join in the Chillbilly fishing tournament at noon.

The annual event is organized by Jeff Anderson and his daughter, Jodi Kemp, along with the Rib Classic committee members.

Proceeds benefit Rescue 33.
