The IHSA Legislative Commission will review the proposals at its first meeting Monday.

Then, the proposals will be discussed at town meetings held at various sites throughout the state between Nov. 7 and Nov. 29.

The commission will reconvene Nov. 25 to decide whether to submit each of the 24 proposals to a vote of the general membership.

The final vote by IHSA member schools will take place online between Dec. 2 and Jan. 1, 2014.
