Marjorie Rickey, 94, of Middleton, Wis., formerly of Henry, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at Oak Park West in Middleton.
Born June 9, 1918, in Chillicothe to Frank and Margaret Carr, she married Wayne Rickey on Aug. 9, 1937. He preceded her in death.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Morris Carr and Murl Carr; her son, Kenneth, and daughter-in-law, Sue Rickey.
Surviving are one brother, Paul (LaVerna); one sister, Jeanne (John) Lopeman; one sister-in-law, Violet Rickey; one son, George (Vicky) Rickey; one daughter, Carol (Dave) Bleifield; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She and her husband worked together in the business they owned, Rickey Sales and Service, a farm implement business in Henry for more than 30 years.
She was a member of Henry Presbyterian Church.
A memorial service was Oct. 30 at Winn-Cress Funeral Home in Waunakee, Wis., with the visitation preceding the service. A second memorial service will be in Henry at the Henry Presbyterian Church on Nov. 24. Visitation will be at 10 a.m., with a service at 11 a.m.
